Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to the destinations listed above. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You may use this number to monitor your package's progress in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Carriers
We utilize a variety of reliable international postal and courier services. The specific carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the weight/dimensions of your package.
Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in a single order may occasionally be dispatched from different fulfillment centers. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Potential Delays
While we strive to adhere to our estimated delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. These include, but are not limited to, carrier-specific delays, customs processing, severe weather conditions, or periods of exceptionally high order volume.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or has been delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact our support team at info@stridredge.store. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier and, if the loss is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returned Packages
In the event a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from a holding point, we will notify you via email to arrange for redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for failed delivery attempts caused by recipient error.
